Atchison Transportation had the pleasure of being a sponsor of the Riding the Rail – GSA Power Event held Thursday evening at the TD Convention Center.

The event included a panel discussion on the South Carolina Inland Port that is currently in development on a 100 acre site in Greer.

Dave Edwards, President and CEO of the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, Jack Ellenberg, Vice President of Economic Development, S.C. State Port Authority and Brian Gwin, of the Norfolk Southern Corporation explained some of the details and answered questions from attendees.

We are very excited about the upcoming changes and the positive impact for industrial development in the Upstate.
